CiCi’s Pizza, one of the fastest growing pizza chains in the country, sought to transform its digital presence as it shifted its strategic media alignment to a heavier digital focus. The nFusion-led website redesign included a competitive analysis of sites within the quick service restaurant (QSR) category and differentiated CiCi’s Pizza from its competitors by innovatively bringing the in-restaurant experience online. Site design featured emerging development technology and emphasized lifestyle imagery rather than an industry-standard product-forward approach.
